The Gault & Millau Culinary Innovators team is constantly on the lookout for innovators in the industry, this year dispoables.bio and our compostable designs was one of the winners. Disposables.bio is on mission to phase out plastic disposables, by replacing them with natural alternatives made from compostable materials that holds a high quality and superb design.
