We are so happy for our number 1 ambassador Nick Bril on publishing his first book, 33. The launch was hosted at The Jane Table in Antwerp in May where press and business partners were invited to get a first glance of the book. During the event Symbiose by The Jane was of course used to serve the 2 star bites. Symbiose by the Jane is a collaboration between Nick Bril and Natural Tableware. A high end collection of bagasse disposables with 4 references.

We want to congratulate Nick on this achievement and look forward to seeing more initiatives come from this talented chef.
