Antwerpen Proeft 2018

This year was another successful year for Antwerpen Proeft, where most of the food vendors used compostable disposables from disposables.bio. The four day culinary event offered delicious food by restaurants in the Antwerp area as well as some Dutch restaurants. On top of all the great food experiences small cooking shows were held at the AEG theater kitchen, chefs like Nick Bril from The Jane exhibited and promoted the release of his first publication, cooking book 33.
